To meet our goals we are looking at dynamic and result oriented professionals for the following positions at our various locations.

1. Regional Manager

We are seeking a Regional Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the overall commercial, operations and administrative activities within the region and possess the following attributes:

  • Professionals holding Masters/MBA in International Shipping/marketing
  • A minimum of 8 - 12 years of experience in the shipping industry of which 4-5 years should be as a Senior Manager in any Shipping Line.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a diverse staff.
  • Strong organizational, client relations and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, mentoring, supervisory and presentation experience.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with their representatives as well as co-workers.
  • An established presence/network within the shipping industry is highly desired.

2. Manager- Services  

Will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of Operation, Documentation, Customer Services and Accounts Department in the concerned Branch and possess the following attributes:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline, in the age group between 35 to 45.
  • A minimum 6 to 7 Years of experience as a team leader in Liner shipping with Operations/Documentation/Customer Service/Accounts Departments.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a diverse staff and should possess good analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, mentoring, supervisory and presentation experience.             

3.Receptionist / Front Office  

We are looking for a Front Office / Receptionist Female for TASS in Andheri, Mumbai. The person can be fresher to handle Front office / Computer knowledge will be an added advantage. Residing in nearby areas is preferred.

Experience: 0 - 2 Years

Qualification: - Graduate in any discipline

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Job profile:

  • To greet and properly direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, customers, etc.
  • To maintain and ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in documents and security procedures.
  • To handle special administrative projects, if there is any provision.
  • To answer calls and directing the calls to the relevant department / division.
  • To answer queries of the visitor and supply required information to them.
  • To assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing,dataentry and internet research tasks.
  • To demonstrate research skills to trouble shoot customer problems.
  • To maintain complete professionalism in communication while dealing with clients, customers, etc.   

4.Asst. Manager- Sales   

Experience: 4 to 5 years in any shipping line   

Location     : Ludhiana   

Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation in Marketing/sales   

Key Skills:   

  • Good communication & Analytical Skills
  • Leadership Skills
  • Thorough market knowledge and contacts within the shipping industry
  • Knowledge of Export/Import Markets, commodities, shippers, Freight forwarders & CHA's.
